Redfinger Reward Center Rule Upgrade and User Compensation Plan

Dear users,

Redfinger released a new version on April 21, 2026, including the “Reward Center” and “Cloud Gaming” features. The new version is currently in the gray release stage, and some users have already started using it. In response to recent user feedback regarding the adjustment of the Sapphires exchange ratio and related issues, we would like to explain the logic behind the rule optimization and the compensation plan as follows:

1. Reward Center Sapphires System Upgrade Logic

To provide a fairer and more sustainable service experience, we have carried out a comprehensive structural upgrade to the Sapphires system:

More detailed tiered exchange system

The old rules did not differentiate between device levels, which led to inconsistencies in the exchange logic. In the new system, we have established a more refined conversion mechanism based on different cloud phone levels, ensuring that the exchange cost better matches the value of each device.

More ways to earn Sapphires

The way users earn Sapphires has expanded from a single “daily check-in” method to a multi-dimensional task system. Through “New User Tasks” and “Daily Tasks” such as using cloud phones, sharing content, watching rewarded ads, and more, the maximum number of Sapphires users can receive each day has increased significantly. By completing only the basic daily tasks, users can exchange for approximately 2 hours of VIP duration.

Improved flexibility in exchange scenarios

  • Restrictions removed: The system has been upgraded from only supporting “renewal of existing devices” to supporting both “new device exchange” and “renewal of existing devices”. As long as the quantity requirement is met, users can choose to exchange for a new device from any server room or device level according to their needs.
  • Lower exchange threshold: The minimum exchange duration has been reduced from “1 day” to “1 hour”, meeting users’ needs for more flexible, fragmented, and personalized usage.

Recommendation for existing balance exchange

  • Users on the old version: For Sapphires held before April 21, 2026, the old app version will continue to follow the previous exchange rules. Users who have not yet upgraded are advised to use their historical balance in the old version interface before updating.
  • Users who have upgraded: After upgrading to the new version, historical Sapphires balances will be automatically transferred to the new system account. The transferred balance will follow the new exchange rules, including support for multi-level device exchange and flexible hourly renewal. At the same time, we will provide special compensation to eligible users.

Important cross-version compatibility notice

  • Newly earned Sapphires restriction: Sapphires earned through tasks in the new “Reward Center” belong to the new system data and cannot be recognized or exchanged in the old app version.
  • Exchange abnormality notice: If users attempt to redeem a balance in the old client that includes newly earned Sapphires, the system will determine that the data does not match and display an “exchange abnormal” message.

2. User Compensation Plan

For users who had sufficient Sapphires balance before the rule adjustment, meaning ≥ 500 Sapphires, and are currently in the adaptation period, we will issue special compensation in a unified manner.
  • Compensation recipients: Users who held more than 500 Sapphires before April 21, 2026.
  • How to apply: Please click the link below to submit feedback. Make sure your User_ID is accurate to avoid affecting the review and compensation distribution process.
  • Feedback deadline:May 7, 2026, 00:00 (UTC+8).
  • Next steps: The detailed compensation plan will be officially announced on May 11, 2026.
  • Users who do not submit before the deadline or provide an incorrect User_ID will be considered to have given up their compensation eligibility.

Thank you for your support and attention to Redfinger. We will continue to optimize our product features and provide you with better cloud services.
